I've anecdotally seen some good outcomes with EUS-guided hepaticojejunostomy in patients with total gastrectomy, so it's nice to see other centers report the same in this month's @GIE_Journal

👉Clinical success = 80%

Appreciated this article from @BilalMohammadMD (with commentary by @EndoscopyOthman ) on endoscopic internalization of PCTs.

1 thing I've been told is to consider manual instillation via syringe to better feel the pressure.
