👉Common (18%)
👉⬆️G3-4 diarrhea but antibiotic tx alone sufficient for most
👉24% required steroids for concomitant immune-related enterocolitis (1/2)

🔑 The pooled risk of pancreatitis was 1.4% after EUS-FNA, most cases of which (67%) were mild.
