Amazon's ad revenues continue to mask the rapidly degrading user experience. Now even name brand goods are all third party resellers marking it up, relying on user confusion. I can't even find a listing where Amazon is the seller for many things.
There *will* be a consumer backlash against retailers turning into wild west marketplaces a la Alibaba. Hearing more tech savvy folks avoiding Amazon and going back to brick and mortar because they can trust the transaction and returns. When does this go from early to mainstream?
