@YEventCentre @FullyChargedShw My wife and I have only ever attended once back in 2018 because we're from Northern Ireland and well it's a pretty long way and I also feel it's not in the spirit of the event to use a lot of fossil fuel to get to it. I don't know maybe Scotland or ideally Ireland at some point?

@nievowners Newtownards, maybe at Ards shopping centre near the McDonald's or Castle Bawn shopping centre. Wouldn't be fantastic if we had some charging hubs in Northern Ireland like they do in places like Dundee or Milton Keynes.

@plugincarguy I know what you mean about the acceleration it is fun and it makes overtaking effortless.
I also don't charge to 100%, more like 80 to 85% but we'll have to see how the car fairs in the winter as my wife has a 75 mile round trip, two days a week and I want her to have a buffer.

@plugincarguy That's very good of you but I don't know if I'll be able to get the portable evse, the 5m Bmw cable, 7.5m cable and the tyre repair kit into it.
How are you getting on with the model 3, what kind of range are you managing?

@plugincarguy Yes, that side works with the 32amp single phase cable but not the 3 phase cable.The charger said out of order and the car said something like 'insufficient mains power's.
I then went to Stormont hotel because of the new unit, no problem with either cable.

@plugincarguy Thank you very much, we're loving it so far, getting 5.4 miles per kwh, better than I thought. Is there any particular brand of cable you would recommend, I'm thinking that a 3 phase cable might be rather stiff and cumbersome?

Hi Just got our first ev, used BMW i3 94ah and was just wondering if you could still fit your 10m three phase cable into the storage compartment under the bonnet? Thinking of getting one. We're from Newtownards and I'm a member of NI ev owners.
