@amazon Congratulations. Due to your persistent insistence at checkout to try to force me into delivery trials etc I abandoned my purchase and shopped elsewhere. The whole experience felt duplicitous.

@LidlGB @SamHughes2020 When something is universally viewed as a downgrade by customers and they en masse are saying the incentive to continue their big shop in your stores is finished you know you’ve messed up. I feel the same, I’ve all the supermarket brands in distance so I’ll vote with my feet too
