@HuntressGia And it's all true. Retail has been on a downward spiral since BFA and each expansion has been worse than the previous. Midnight is the absolute lowest-effort product they've ever put out.
@JezCorden Go look the amount of detail and effort put into the zones of BFA or Shadowlands and then compre to how bare bones and empty the Midnigh zones are. It's been abandoned.
@TheDeekins@that_kind_oforc Exactly. Remove Harandar & lightbloom, make QT bigger. Cuse of Ula'Tek for launch. Kith'ix for 12.0.7 and then Voidstorm as the 12.1 zone and Voidspire the raid. March on QD 12.1.7. Worldcore for final patch. It was so easy...
@DarkLeafCoven Looks somewhat decent from afar but when you get close the new Blood Elf architecture looks god awful. So blocky, dull and unnecesarily large. Much of the elegance and refinement of the original style was lost with this revamp. It just look kitsch now.
@feladrae Void Elves. Giving the exact same model to the opposite faction is the worst offense here. This should'ne never been a thing. (And neither should the Silver Covenant but alas). It's wild how people still can't move on from the fact that the High Elves went Horde.
@GigabearForever It's wild to me that players are not petitioning for Blizz to remove the blue Blood Elves and everything related to them from the game.
What a stain on an otherwise beautiful product man.
@Glimar_WoW Midnight is by far the worst set of zones for an expansion launch. Quel Thalas is very disspaointing when you look at areas like Kul Tiras and Suramar, Voidstrom and Harandar are barren oversized wastelands. Only Zul Aman is decent.
@Ainastrasza Shadowlands was better than any expansion that came after it but the herd mentality is too strong among WoW players. Whatever the top 1% min maxers say becomes gospel among the majority.
@ryanalxander91 Hating on Shadowlands is just an overblown meme. It was a low point for the game, but Midnight is definitely worse. At least for anyone that pays attention to other aspects of the game besides how 'convenienet' the end-game treadmill is.
