@FriedgeHNIC We need some experienced coaches to work with our D and the PK. Coach needs to have patience with young players and be more strategic in our deployment. Players also need to realize they are getting paid to perform and work as hard as the people paying to come and watch them.

@dstaples I am a die hard Oilers fan but it’s not hard to see why he is a liability defensively and was left off the team. He needs to work on the defensive side and maybe in four years you will get your wish David!

@dstaples Firstly I think that the coaching group is lacking experience but luckily that is an area that can be fixed without cap problems. Goaltending and overall team defence along with effort is an issue. Two year playoff fog will lift eventually but these other areas need attention.
