The biggest event in December.. the Christmas lunch! Pupils having lunch as tutor groups. This is when we are reminded just how important vertical tutor grps are. This group has 4 sets of siblings but the whole group has a sense of family. #special@KewHouseSchool
Some seek headship for status, and end up keeping the seat warm for the next person. There are too many of those in the private schools sector. In contrast, servant leaders empower others to place children at the heart of all they do. This is a job for the latter.
