@sampathstech Verizon's new account verification process is the worst experience I've ever had a customer and CX professional. I have some suggestions to make it better, even though I'm not allowed to actually be a customer of @Verizon

Just had the absolute worst customer experience of my life with @Verizon trying to get a smart watch for my daughter. Now I need to wait 45 days to try again? @VerizonSupport anything you can do?
