A very special anniversary for @NorthantsCCC followers, especially those of us 'of a certain age.' Fifty years ago today - June 5th 1976 - David Steele hit his first (and, sadly, his only) Test century for @englandcricket against Windies at Trent Bridge. Boy, did he deserve it!

Had utterly wonderful night @lyceumedinburgh watching Black Diamonds and the Blue Brazil. Dawn Steele was absolutely magnificent and I really, really want a CD of that Ricky Ross soundtrack! It's on for another week, and was well worth coming up from Milton Keynes for.
@StockportCounty Finally got there - when the basket expired I refreshed the page rather than go back and the payment screen came up properly within 5 seconds.
Done via laptop though.
@thetrainline Why have you double booked seats on today's 1640 from GLC-EUS which were originally purchased on another site on 11th February, causing the original purchasers to be moved despite having limited mobility? Stop double booking seats, you don't deal with the fallout!
@RealEdPhillips@deaconbluemusic If you're in Northampton, did you try Spun Out Records in Gold Street? I got both the vinyl and CD from there and queued for over three hours.
@Bellslea_Beyond@NuneatonTFC Still a way to go. Probably Northern Premier League (Midlands), which is Step 4, two below Conference North. It'll be a challenge for them, but I hope they can get back because their support deserves it after the last few years they've suffered.
As I've had to drop clean washing off at Uni, now at @ClubSileby v @NuneatonTFC - Nuneaton need a win to get the United Counties South title after dominating the league, but are on a horror run in their last six. Feels like paying it back for that glorious Saturday 7 years ago...
@Bellslea_Beyond@NuneatonTFC Nuneaton won 3-0, deservedly, but it was only in the last 10 minutes it felt comfortable - the wind was up all afternoon. Theg were the best team in this league all season and it would have been an absolute travesty if they didn't win it.
