@natashaeveritt7 He absolutely does. I said earlier that we need someone who gets the Charlton way, who's been through it themselves, to come in and instil that in the players. Sadly I don't think Appleton is the right man for that job anymore.

@CAFCofficial Appleton has to go and needs to be replaced by someone with a Charlton history, someone who knows what it means to pull on our shirt and will command that any players playing for them are fully aware of what's expected of them. Outsiders just don't seem to get it.
