I realized at a young age that much of what society tries to instill as normal (job, House, car, degree, children, etc) is just a list of ways to keep you distracted and trapped in a system that feeds off you, under the illusion of the ever so close success you never even wanted.

Pro tip: don’t worry about being perfect. In my studio work, I’ve had to adjust/warp some of the worlds best percussionists and fine-tune one of the most accomplished voices in opera. The point is: their imperfections are part of their unique voice. learn to use your flaws.

Quarantine making a lot of people realize they don’t really need alcohol. maybe when shows come back they won’t have to be exclusively at places that sell booze. Weed friendly venues could be a possible future.
