Also as @homeprotect_uk have not resolved my claim my hand was forced to renew with them as other insurers where not happy to take on my new insurance business whilst there was an outstanding claim with them!😡
Before taking out insurance with @homeprotect_uk make sure to check reviews! I made a claim in January 2024 and it has still not been settled. They were quick enough to triple my premium but are beyond slow and inefficient when it come to handling claims!
@wishsupport I have done this again this morning and sent the requested information, again! Please can you check that this will be actioned as I first reported receiving the wrong items on the 24th July!
