This past year my further has had her wedding cancelled 4 times. Twice in the last week before Xmas. Her honeymoon cancelled and her hen fo before that. It’s her 40th next week and that’s gone too

After just 1 single mile on today’s Reliability Ride. Austin Keenan ‘s Bike passed away on the road side near Perdiswell. The last few beats from the Di2 could be heard before it passed gently on Into the next world. A Just giving page will be set up in memory. Di2 is expensive !

Looking at the icy roads & thinking it wasn’t too long ago that I thought nothing of going out training in these conditions without a helmet. Honestly blows my mind, as I can’t think why! 😱 I’m not going to tell people what to do, but I wouldn’t dream now of going lid-less.
