@Starbucks At Hanover MA store. Stood in line for 5 minutes. No eye contact, no hello I’ll be right with you. Ignored by all 4 staff as they worked on app orders and drive up orders. Finally walked out. That’s the typical Starbucks experience for customers that dare to walk in.
