@Finnair En ole sellainen ihminen. Kysymys ei siis ole siitä etten "halua" käyttää lentoa vaan siitä että en voi. Varmistakaa että hyvitys käsitellään rehellisesti.

@Finnair maksettu lentomme New Yorkiin tänään. Emme toki voi lentää koska matkustuskielto. Väitätte kuitenkin että lento sekä paluu lennetään normaalisti (valhe?). Emme voi siirtää lentoa koska sivustonne ei toimi. Kaikki asiakaspalvelunne suljettu. Varmistakaa että hyvitätte!
