Nine years on from the tragic events of the Manchester Arena bombing, we remember the 22 innocent lives that were lost on that awful night.
They will never be forgotten.

@OasisArchives If that’s in order then Maine Road was above the Gmex easily. Earl’s Court is their best gig sound wise though. I went to the Nynex on the same leg of the tour before both nights at Maine Road.
@PaddyKeoghAF They didn’t look at the bigger picture which was their target of Europe next season and also stuck with him due to the compensation package that they had to eventually pay anyway. Poor but at least they did the right thing. Square pegs in round holes would never work = 3-4-3.
@sid_lambert@FootballInT80s I was at that game in the stretford end. Les Sealey made an unbelievable save from a Nigel Clough free kick in the second half. One of the best I’ve ever seen.
@PaddyKeoghAF Are you surprised mate? The constant narrative and stories regarding United are mainly for interaction purposes. It’s the only club that creates this level of noise and response. It’s the same with Madrid in Spain. Headline news.
@TalkingArse@scyhodotcom@shiner_sam@oasis I went on the Saturday to Knebworth and it was too long a day…also both nights at Maine Road. Those will always be the best gigs they ever did.
@MaxiGonzalez_23@liamgallagher@NoelGallagher I received an email yesterday from their mailing list about post production tickets so registered. Can’t believe I’ve seen them everywhere in the UK including Maine Road and Knebworth mate but couldn’t get tickets this time.
@perrovolpe@MaxiGonzalez_23@liamgallagher@NoelGallagher I’ll have a look mate. It’s annoying as I’ve always been able to get tickets. The last time I went to see them at Heaton Park I got in the front pit because of the entrance we went through. Top gig with Kasabian and The Enemy supporting.
