@cultofpedagogy I try to involve students from the outset of the project,or better yet have them help design it along side each another and me. Buy-in & accountability goes way up if they own the process.

Instead of making it about curriculum I’d find out why these misfits have a passion for teaching. Once you find what drives them I bet they get excited.
