I don’t think it’s useful to dramatise every 0.3% of demand, we’ll never get anything done.
As you said we can increase supply, by 0.3%? Surely easier and better.

Also this is a publicly supplied commodity that’s free at the point of use, the supply and demand curves are… not straightforward to think about (For me anyway, but I’m not much of an economist!)

@Oismur I don’t think he’s suggesting it’s not linked to supply and demand, just that the increased demand due to data centres is ~0.3% and representing that in absolute terms for a headline is not useful, right?
