@HMRCcustomers She just wants help and advice on payment plan or something. All you have done is make a person feeling very poorly from cancer feel even worse. Just help and have some compassion and understanding for people's situation

@HMRCgovuk we are both suffering with mental illness and both struggling to make ends meet but trying to contact you for help is nonexistent you just don't seem to care just give us your money we don't have. We are also on universal credit with bad health conditions.

@HMRCcustomers She has a tax bill that we are struggling to pay she has repeatedly contacted hmrc but, nothing comes from it, not even a payment plan she has just got over breast cancer and I have had a mental health breakdown we are not refusing to pay just need help or someone to help us

@DHLParcelUK How can you state you tried to deliver a parcel but no one home, when in fact we have been in all day and have two ring cameras to prove 1 you NEVER tried to deliver and 2 we have not left the premises all day. So someone is not being honest are they.
