@NicHulscher The Google project will only affect mosquitoes, and I think that won't kill all species.

@NicHulscher This has been done before in Florida. Basically there are just males that are neutered. It didn't wipe out the populations in the past and probably won't do it now. Currently the mosquito control sprays a larvacide that kills a larva and most other insects.
