We should have painted the 3 sides of this Heath house, along with the extension &the garage. However after seeing the temperature reaching 32 degrees at 3pm I agreed with my client to paint just the front&side &return for day two. This turned out to be a very sensible decision.

A tough job today. The sloping roof at the back was very steep, so I could just about stand on it to cut in but I had to paint the rest with a 24foot pole. Painted in Sandtex brilliant white with Sandtex slate grey edging &sills. Would you like your house painted ? 07801432863

Transformed over time. In January I spent the day removing stubborn Ivy. When the Ivy was pulled it removed the paint. Today I painted the house. What a stunning transformation. Mark 07801432863

Gutters are mostly blocked at the top. Today’s blockage was at the bottom. Builders had made a roof repair without a tidy up. Building materials, cement bits of tile and nails fell down the pipe.Unblocking this was a right bugger but I got the job sorted as usual Mark 07801432863

As well as clearing and unblocking several gutters around Cardiff and Barry today I also shaped this tree. It’s not perfect as I wasn’t expecting it to be so big. So I only had the use of the tools in the van rather than the tools for the job.
