@AmericanAir Lost patience with AA. You have a lot of not nice employees. I have same status on Delta and fly a lot. Much better experience. I shouldn’t be wasting my time doing this after a 60 minute flight. AA has serious problems.
@AmericanAir I fly a lot and recently asked a Delta rep why everyone is so nice at Delta. They said it’s a great company to work for. I get rude flight attendants and rude customer service on the Executive Platinum line often at AA. Me/my thousands of colleagues have a choice in airlines.
@60Minutes This segment was so biased, it’s unimaginable. What I remember is on October 7, 2023 over 1,200 people were murdered in Israel and over 250 people were taken hostage.
Every country has the right to defend themselves. I will never waste 60 minutes to watch you again!!
@americanair Executive Platinum member trying to use my systemwide upgrade - it’s a fake benefit. Representative couldn’t find any date I could use it anywhere in the next year. Done with AA.
@vailmtn I am having terrible problems dealing with Sedgwick. We are a family of 6 that has been coming to Vail for 20 years. Can’t get through to anyone at Vail. Please help.
@AmericanAir It’s been two days and no response from AAdvantage. A simple request. You really don’t want my business. Trying other airlines for travel this week.

@AmericanAir I have Executive Platinum status. I do not make the list for upgrades when I fly. 28 people on the list on Friday but not me. Nobody at AA can help me with a flight that has been completed. Nobody will call me to help. Please help. Flying to London Friday.
