@AventonBikes I contacted Aventon. They acknowledge the issue but refuse to make it right. Looks like I will have to modify the bike to make it street legal because they sold me a bike that’s not. You would expect the same model not to be materially different.

@AventonBikes Avoid this bike if you’re in Ontario or many states. They make 2 versions of this: one is street legal and safe. They other is more unsafe making it not street legal in Ontario. They don’t tell you which one your are getting as the are all sold as Level 3’s.

@JJ_McCullough I generally support freedom of expression, but limiting election speech by third parties is a use of the NWC that I would support given what we have seen down south after the Citizen’s United ruling.
