Fantastic to spend the week at the Genpact annual leader conference, FOCUS 2025 in India. Learning about the scale and impact AI is having in the world where AI doesn’t follow instructions but truly understands business strategy and intent and with Agentic-AI becomes a key player from strategy to operations to decision making. We are going to see some remarkable changes in the world this year and it feels like we are only scratching the surface with the pace of change. Many years ago I was told we were ‘in the Stone Age of the digital era’ , it feels like we are about to take the next leap.
