@lufthansa Credit where it’s due, after my earlier moan. Great work by the @lufthansa teams in Rome Fio and Munich to ensure everyone made the flight. I standby my earlier comment, however important to acknowledge good service too.

@lufthansa flight from Rome to Munich delayed missing connection, no complaints it happens. But to twice call your service centre to rebook and be left on hold for 20mins only to be cut off both times is very very poor customer service

Appreciate the increases load Jack, however no telephone warning of heavy number of calls, muffled and wrong time estimates of when calls will be answered and no warning calls will be dropped. All very poor service
