@MichiganHotTubs Had quite possibly the worst service I've every seen in my life. After charging my mother $164 to come out to inspect the hot tub, they then claimed they had to come back at another time. They did, and simply tightened a cap to "stop the leak." It didn't stop.

Then, they came back again and charged yet ANOTHER $164. So, because of their incompetency, my mother was charged $500. She then called to discuss the charges and the 'receptionist' refused to transfer my mother to a manager and told her the 'chargers made sense to her'
