last week i discovered that @ZenBusinessInc has been charging me $50 a month for an "Accounting Services" product that according to their phone and chat reps doesn't exist. $2800. Its been a week waiting for someone to followup, and i was charged again while i've been waiting.

hours troubleshooting and with support @Lightroom ... .cr3 and .jpg 's from my @CanonUSA R3 are stuck in a sync error when imported through https://t.co/vi4srnkNqX service. the same photos transfer without issue to google drive, google photos through https://t.co/vi4srnkNqX. help

@CanonUSAimaging as you know, i've already called. this tweet is an escalation, and now you have the baton. maybe take some ownership and get this to the people at @CanonUSA who are actually familiar with the https://t.co/vi4srnkNqX product. Your support line wasn't.
