The average high school head football coach stipend is around $7,000. Fluctuating heavily
For that, they’re expected to coach year-round, run a program, mentor kids, manage parents, recruit their own halls, fundraise, break down film, coordinate staffs, and be available almost 24/7.
Football coaches are grossly underpaid for what we ask of them.
First and foremost, I give all the glory to God, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.
I want to thank every coach who has been a part of my journey from 2nd grade through my senior year for pushing me toward excellence and always believing in me.
I’m beyond grateful for the support from my family, teammates, and everyone who helped me along the way.
I’m extremely excited to announce my commitment to Washington & Jefferson College to continue my academic and athletic career. 🎓🏈

I get asked alot about what drives me to grind everyday. I remember my very first summer practice. I showed up not knowing much, out of shape, and questioning my decision. Conditioning was brutal, I was wasnt as strong or as fast as the other guys. Towards the end of practice we ran. I was the very last in line trailing everyone else. At that moment I felt embarrassed, weak, and wanted to quit, than I heard the team yelling. They were cheering me on, encouraging me to push harder, some ran with me, and I finished. I grind not just for me, but for my team, my coaches, my school, and my family. I thank God everyday for helping me find my way.. @PlayBookAthlete@ProspectID_@MarkMueller89@JTTimming@stackemup92@Nasir_Adderley@CollegeScoutKY #whyigrind #whywegrind #classof2027 #monroehornetfootball #OLGRIND
