@bellageist Thank you so much for sharing this. I ended up being out of town for the semi final game, but I’ve been waiting on players to speak up to make a decision about renewing my season ticket. This really helps. ❤️
@jillrouleau Ha! I have jokingly been saying "well, can you fuck around and find out safely?" to our teams for a bit when explaining EAFP. Now they're actually saying things like "Change to FAFO for this call" in commits 😂
Everyone talks about "fuck around and find out" being a bad thing, but it's just "easier to ask for forgiveness than to get permission" restated. (In python, maybe you should fuck around and find out, instead of looking before you leap ;) )
@brianboyer I left the industry partially for similar reasons, and partially for the reasons of being passionate about news media is *hard* on mental health. Godspeed.
@CatSwetel I’m not sure if you *should*, because that’s about your preference in what feels like a really difficult choice. In your shoes I probably would, and also tell the organisers why I did so. I’m sorry that’s a choice you’ve been pushed to take, that really sucks.
so you're telling me you could free up over 600 million dollars worth of real estate and the only people negatively affected would be the small crowd of men at this hotel bar haha that's so crazy that's so interesting
With two players assaulted in the last few weeks, consequences must come for both the individuals and the clubs. Points penalties and matches behind closed doors.
Man City have apologised to Villa keeper Robin Olsen: "The club has launched an immediate investigation and once identified, the individual responsible will be issued with an indefinite stadium ban."
