@parkerbassett @LGUS Yeah, there's only one local repair guy in Austin that is LG approved and they've been out here 5 times with no luck. LG is making us get them to come out AGAIN because they think somehow the 6th time is the charm.

Although it has been broken for 19 days and the repairmen have been out here SO MANY TIMES, @LGUS says it is still fixable, and so nothing can be done until they declare it unfixable. I am dumbfounded. Never again will we own @LGUS product. Not gonna be able to do it.
