@avianca 2/2 if that's the case why tell us the day of departure when the ticket was bought in January? Likely diverting planes to make money with FIFA wc flying South Americans to the States. Initial compensation was $107 (laughable) that doesn't cover loss of work!

@avianca horrible horrible customer service. I'm at TPA currently. Very rude customer service agents. Passengers looking at each other like "is everyone working for Avianca having a bad day"? Also bumped my return flight, explained it was a "seasonal choice" 1/2
