I donโt post a lot on here about business but from now on Iโm going to be doing it more often.
Over the years Iโve had a tonne of people reach out to me when theyโve been struggling with certain things in their lives and itโs taken an inordinate amount of my time, so I decided to build something to solve that problem.
I know what it feels like to struggle, to face adversity, to feel lost, have no answers and feel alone. I know what it feels like to be stuck in the same routines, the same mindset, and the same cycle of falling off track.
What I found over the years is that I didnโt need more motivation, and I already had a lot of skills, I just needed better guidance and better people around me, kind of like what I had when I was still in the military.
Thatโs why I created the Kaizen Summit Community โ a place for people who want to grow mentally, physically and professionally while being part of an empowering community that pushes each other forward.
Doing life alone is can suck, but having the right guidance and the right people around you changes everything.

Thereโs also a free quiz on there thatโll help you understand some of the reasons you might be struggling in certain areas of your own life.

The plan isn't the problem. You already know what you need to do. You've thought about it, talked about it, maybe even mapped it out. But thinking about it won't get you there.
Action will.
You don't need another plan, another excuse, or another delay. You just need to take the first step.
Start before you're ready. Action creates momentum, and momentum changes everything ๐ฅ
Be brave and aggressive. Be direct. Grab all opportunities. Use varying methods of attack. Be versatile and agile. Attack one target at a time. Don't plan everything in detail. Use top quality weapons. Be prepared. Keep weapons in good condition. Keep in shape.

Most people only share the polished version of themselves. The wins. The highlights. The version they think the world wants to see.
What gets hidden are the struggles and setbacks, the moments that nearly broke them. The irony is that those are often the very things that make us relatable, and real people don't connect with perfection. They connect with truth.
I've spoken on stages around the world, coached clients, recorded hundreds of hours of content. And the one thing that creates genuine connection every single time isn't achievement.
It's honesty.
Never underestimate your story; the messy, difficult, real version of it, is far more powerful than you think.
