@wizzair@Tania38004971 it is absolutelly impossible to get in touch with any of your agents. I have the same issue, I am trying to ceckin my mother and her ID has no exparation date, you used to have the option for checkin before, no it is not available. What shall I Do?
@askryanair I've contacted you yesterday (tweet and DM)because you've canceled my return flight and offer a refund only for it (which is not how the law works) and I need a full refund. No reply from you so far. How shall I get my refund?
@HalfHal18768994 @askryanair by law they cannot do that, they are obliged to refund you the full journey. We have the same problem. Only return canceled, no alternative flights (and no other way to get away - our trip is to Malta, it is an island)

@wizzair Hi , I have cancelled two flights on the 24th of march and requested an immidiate transfer from the wizz credits as refund to my credit card. Until today I have not recieved the refund on my credit card nor on my bank account (which i also provided in the form)

@wizzair Hi, your call centers are closed on Sat and Sun, my mum is flying on Sunday, I have no chance to call them untill Sunday hence. What are my options?
@wizzair Hi, I just checked-in my mum for a flight on Sun. I saw that on the boarding card its states, she is flying with a passport, while she is flying with and ID card. I didn't see where to enter this info at check-in. Is this a problem?
