As a NED at the Jersey FA, I am proud to support the Associations efforts to increase the number of girls playing football.
I love this by Liverpool FC, helping to raise awareness of why girls stop playing, and to empower them to Play On! https://t.co/yUZIxAEVgC
“Adoption support is very close to my heart as, before I joined Love Island, I worked as a children’s social worker and specialised in post-adoption support.” - Sanam Harrinanan

Delighted that @FamilyRightsGp has got £ to explore how the #Lifelong Links approach (designed for children in care), could be used to enable adopted children to safely know birth relatives & other people that are meaningful for them.
The power of family and a permanent home can be transformational. It is of course challenging, but most certainly worthwhile, particularly with the right support #YouCanAdopt
The support adoptive families receive along their adoption journey can be invaluable ❤️
Whether it's from your agency, social worker, or a support group, having a support system is essential in navigating adoption.

The John Lewis Xmas ad is supporting foster care. I love it.
And I absolutely love their commitment statement on supporting care leavers.
This is the sort of leadership we need for our most vulnerable children - thank you #fostercare#leadership https://t.co/aIMbmoFFh0
@ncasc22 Lead Members and DCSs are very aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities locally. Given the challenges facing Children’s Social Care, who is responsible and accountable for the national system….
Children adopted from care must be given every opportunity to maintain relationships with their birth families, when it is safe to do so. Adopters, adoptees and birth families need support, advice and guidance to get this right for all parties to adoption.
A really important piece to ensure children’s relationships are valued and their identity respected @ADCStweets@CVAA_UK@AdoptionUK @PACUKadoption @CoramBAAF@prof_beth_neil@markowers73 Support for birth families is critical to help them meet their child’s continuing needs.
