We understand there's a candidate at our Administrative HQ in Norwalk talking about ballot processing. Meanwhile, we are here at the Ballot Processing Center where the votes are actually counted.
Let's assume, for argument's sake, that Nithya Raman really did, unlikely as it seems, got to second place in the LA mayoral race. The problem is that many, many, MANY of us simply cannot believe it. It seems for all the world like fraud. This matters, & is going to matter more.

@Stellaaa Yet you post artificially created photos representing them as voting centers or ballot processing facilities. The real locations are open transparent. This is deceptive and feeds misinformation.
@laralogan In that example, which has been reviewed before — the ballot would not be verified and the voter would be contacted. The law allows for a witnessed mark for someone unable to sign. This does not appear to indicate an inability to sign.
