This guy's chickens kept getting targeted by hawks, so he started feeding local crows. Now he has an army of crows that patrols his property and chases the hawks away.
@WesleyLHuff Probably 1. Not all women can be married and not all can bear children.. and salvation is by faith. Paul is probably saying this pastorally; Eve was deceived becoming a transgressor (bummer) but it is also through women that Christ was born and we are all saved.
@BlazeTV@conservmillen What non-Christians don't understand is that the fear of God draws a sinner to Christ to find refuge in his mercy and kindness. We are guilty of breaking his law... Jesus took the penalty for our sins. If you reject this mercy, you will get justice.
"They seized my baby and sliced him in two with a knife. My second child woke up... They split his head with a machete."
This is what life is like for Christians in Nigeria.
Christians are the most hated group in the world.
NEW: Astronaut Reid Wiseman, who says he is not religious, says he broke down in tears when he saw the Cross after getting back to Earth.
Wiseman: "I'm not really a religious person, but there was just no other avenue for me to explain anything..."
Victor Glover: "The only thing I would add is I am a religious person, but everything else is the same."
Fellow pastor, if you are discouraged after preaching today do not lose heart. Do not measure your ministry on the delivery of a single sermon. Resist the urge to be overly discouraged. If you preached God’s word faithfully, know that He makes straight lines with crooked sticks.
@CredoMagazine@mbird12@mattbarrett Brothers, didn't God say that he has made the Old Covenant obsolete in creating a 'new' covenant (Heb. 8 & Jer. 31)? That doesn't sound like an extension or renewal but rather that it was 'taken way in order to establish the new.' (Heb. 10)
The Lord didn’t check who inside the house was worthy. He checked for blood on the doorposts.
None of us is worthy. Only the blood of Jesus can cover us.
