@MichaelAlbaum Does that mean less expensive properties can be less profitable by percentage of rent? Especially if you don’t inspect those appliances or account for old ones during purchase

Or that same investment should last longer because there’s less overall use of a water heater?

@MichaelAlbaum There will be less people who could afford houses in high fire danger areas especially. But that won’t decrease the price of those homes since there’s a shortage of new homes in general
