Overheard:
"Soon, bored with their i-phones, i-pods and other forms of "mini me" which they see as mirrors, and not forms of surveillance -- they will udnerstand: t o remember is to betray a regime built on forgetting. Memory itself becomes a form of rebellion."
Advice.
Get Ford to defend his record. Push he has had 7 years to do what he is NOW promising just to get elected again.
Force him off his canned responses he cannot think on his feet.
PUSH his Trump support.
Consider a coalition.

🎭🚨 Drama class? More like actual drama. When schools are so underfunded that the ceilings literally fall on students, it’s not just unsafe—it’s unbearable for teachers and education workers trying to hold it all together. 💔
💪 Our schools shouldn’t be crumbling—literally or figuratively. Take action to save students and support education workers at https://t.co/t8Ry7FF3pv.

This city isn't broken, it's just that @brianlilley is shouldn't be so car-dependent. YOU are the traffic Brian.

Toronto's traffic is a nightmare. Here's what some experts say is the biggest culprit and what the city can do about it https://t.co/YDb3KwZKvE via @torontostar
To put the bike lane debate in Toronto in perspective, more people commute by bike each day in Toronto than the entire population that lives in Barrie, Ontario. Or Kingston. Or Guelph. Or Sudbury.
It's pretty rich that the Province wants to tell us how to get around our own city. If they don't like sitting in traffic when they get here, they should go fix regional transit. That is their mess - and the true culprit for congestion in the city.
Anyone who understands physics knows that cyclists are part of the solution.
Pierre Poilievre presents himself as a hard-scrabble populist. Away from the cameras, the truth is very different https://t.co/oCS73uvTpC via @torontostar
