Today I tested positive to COVID for the first time. I’m 59 and quadruple vaxed. The symptoms are mild with a dry cough and runny nose. Some labouring in my breathing but bearable.

I don’t post much but I am totally devastated by the assassination of the former Japanese PM. He wasn’t perfect but he was the longest serving PM and navigated Japan our of a financial crisis before COVID. Tremors will be felt across the globe…
