Got to 5 HOURS on the phone to @Qantas and no resolution. Agent said he would put me on hold for ‘a few minutes’ and 45 minutes later did not come back. Had to give up. Shocking. Beyond belief.

@Qantas Been on hold for 3 hours now and can't get through. Paid for an exit row seat Wednesday - got email confirmation, and now you've assigned me a random other standard non-exit row seat, and I can't select the seat I paid for!?
