Awful customer service from @ToxicFox bought a bag 5 months ago for £50 for it to be used twice (for dance competition for my daughter) only for the handle loops to snap on its second use, they have refused to do anything apart from discount on a second bag #PoorService
@megabusuk Awful service really, we had 2 flights cancelled at Gatwick so had to go to Heathrow at 3am so it was all booked last minute as you could imagine! Just thought a little bit of empathy would happen but that’s not the case, won’t ever book or recommend @megabusuk again due to this
Shocking customer service by @megabusuk - booked a bus… it didn’t show up on time so had to get taxi (due to flight) they admit it was 45 minutes late and refusing to refund!! Should have used @nationalexpress#awfulservice#noempathy
