One of the most powerful words in the English language is the word "let".

To "let things happen", "let things go", "let things be."

Almost all other verbs put us in an active mode of manipulating our environment.

Even subtle meditation cues like "look at" or "watch..." or "observe" invite us into an active mode where an "I" over here is "looking at / observing / noticing" something over there.

The verb "let" is one of the closest words we have to encouraging the "I" to simply dissolve and allow things to be as they are.

Which is all we normally need to do.

If we truly let our thoughts / feelings / sensations in, they will think, feel and sense themselves.

They don't need some separate "I" to do that for them, much less an "I" to look at, observe or watch them.

If we could truly master the mental motion pointed to by the "let" in "let go", we would need no further spiritual instructions.

Steve Bruehl and I had lots of fun discussing the latest VASCO results with Gadi Schwartz on NBC News last night! We talked about:

- The sizes, properties and possible altitudes of the transients.

- What happens if we assume that the transients are caused by objects at geosynchronous distances and project their lines of sight back onto the Earth’s surface?

Intriguingly, we find hotspots around White Sands, Sedona and Tampico, as well as several locations in the Pacific Ocean west of Mexico and California. And perhaps most intriguingly: what happens around nuclear tests?

If we look within ±1 day of a nuclear test, something interesting appears. Around dates when nuclear weapons were tested over the Pacific Ocean, the transients cluster over the Pacific. Around dates when nuclear weapons were tested in the Nevada area, the transients instead cluster over the southwestern United States.

So the correlation with nuclear tests may not only be temporal. It appears to have a geographical component as well.

This is important.

NBC News is now covering the research by Beatriz Villarroel and Stephen Bruehl examining mysterious astronomical transients photographed before the launch of Sputnik.

Their peer-reviewed research found statistically significant associations between these transients, nuclear weapons tests and historical UAP reports. We still don’t know what these objects or flashes represent, and that is exactly why this research matters.

For decades, the possible connection between UAP and nuclear activity has largely been discussed through witness testimony and historical reports. Now we are beginning to examine these questions using astronomical archives, statistics and scientific methodology.

This is how we move forward. Not by deciding what the answer should be, but by following the evidence wherever it leads. Science should never be afraid of the unknown.

Today is my dad's birthday🎂

To mark the occasion I'm posting some extremely rare pictures - read on to understand what & why...

My dad, Augustin "Gus" Rudnyk, was an amazing man who not only worked as an aerospace engineer on Apollo, Space Shuttle, & DoD spy satellites, but was also World War II vet - who NEVER got the veterans benefits he was owed.

He served in the 9th Army Air Force Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC) which included deep undercover work in the dangerous chaotic immediate post-war period hunting for escaping Nazis & Russian spies among Allied DP (Displaced Person) camps & Allied occupied zones.

During clandestine missions throughout Europe & Africa he was responsible for transporting highly classified documents as microfilm that was literally IMPLANTED UNDER THE SKIN OF HIS SCALP.

Of course we now know that 1940s microfilm was highly toxic, & of course it resulted in an extremely rare CANCER on his head that ultimately later killed him.

(You can see in the picture below how they mapped the cancer on his scalp where it matched all the places where he had had those microfilm implants)

His work also included assuming important leadership roles for United Nations' IRO, PC-IRO & UNRRA while actually working deep cover as a CIC agent.

An invaluable agent fluent in 5 languages, & a gifted musician (violin, piano & voice), he was also charged with producing USO shows & a hit radio show for US Armed Forces Radio Network – all as part of his undercover work.

Till the last year of his life he received an annual visit from intelligence agents intent on making sure he wasn't talking.

The photo montage below shows the various aspects of my Dad's military career.

What is especially extremely rare are the 2 photographs (among the montage below) of my dad in the ALL BLACK CIC UNIFORM. This uniform is the stuff of both legend & "myth" & images of it have been repressed from the historic record for obvious reasons via intentional misinformation. But I feel my dad's story needs to be told especially since it ultimately cost him his life.

Sadly, as his health failed an unscrupulous company sold him a predatory reverse mortgage - which I only discovered later on after having caregiven my parents for 20 years. This is why I now face possible homelessness.

Mention the "Rudnyk case"

At my age I have very few options left & even less time remaining (end of this year).

A terrible and tragic flash flood has taken place at Gyirong in Tibet - China, and one of our Kailash groups was caught in it. While on their way back, they were at the immigration office when the flood occurred and the building and much of the town seems to have been flooded.

All of us, including the volunteers and support teams are deeply anguished and are doing our utmost to assist in the rescue. There has been no official information on the whereabouts of any of the people who were at the immigration office. We are working with the authorities to see if we can get to the location and stand ready to be part of the rescue efforts, regardless of the risk involved.

Of the 21 groups who are part of our Sojourn, 495 people have already returned safely. 743 people are currently in Tibet, 148 people are in Nepal, and 77 people were at the immigration center, and 3 volunteers in Timure, Nepal.

To the families and loved ones of those in our group and hundreds of others who are affected in the region, I share your pain and we are sparing no effort during this profoundly difficult time. I am personally in the region to ensure the best can be done in the given circumstances 🙏🏽- Sg
