@CampdEstrelles Took the family to Queenstown last year, what a magic place. I’m sure you will busy taking some amazing images. Look forward to seeing more.
@CampdEstrelles With multiple weather apps appearing and paid advertising on them, I’ve always wondered wether when 6-8 days out and prediction quality is known to be low that they inflate what locally is preferential to get views. Probably doesn’t work that way just a bit of healthy scepticism
@CampdEstrelles Ouch, sounds like a hard few years. We have hit a long cold spell lasting 3 years and set to continue next season. 2020 they grew an average of 700 cm, no crop and a lot of stress but best quality out of all varieties, way more resilient than my Tempranillo vines.
@jamiegoode Unfortunately planted an acre of these believing them to be Tempranillo. I dropped the fruit before they formed for 2 years before we realised. A big shock when we saw the fruit but nice to eat.
So thrilling to be in the running for the best Victorian shiraz trophy at the royal melbourne wine show. Yarra yering is one of my favourite Vic wineries.
