@DLMotability 2) Enterprise require a letter from her insurance company to show she’ll be insured. The problem is her company do not issue letters anymore? Where can she go from here? ( as none of this is her fault and suggesting she claims on her own policy is ridiculous),

@DLMotability 1)Having a slight problem with your insurance company. My 19 year old daughters parked car was lightly damaged by our neighbour ( who’s with direct line mobility). DL has contacted her to arrange recovery/ repair and to offer her a hire/courtesy via Enterprise.
