@SpotifyCares help please, I have a family plan and I'm the only person who can't listen! The app just loads and loads but gets nowhere! I'm trying to use it on a galaxy s10 and I've reinstalled etc ut no joy???

@SpotifyCares Thanks for the reply. Sometimes it works fine others it takes upto 5 minutes to load (only if I dont touch the phone) and others it doesn't load at all.

@SamsungUK I have a gear s3 frontier and the wake up gesture has suddenly stopped working, any ideas? Ive rebooted which didn't work. I also did a factory reset with the same result.
