P - Point: Focus on one main point.

R - Reasons: Support your position (with data)!

E - Examples: Provide an example.

It implies society "forces" women into certain professions. But, if women choose certain professions, then the numbers reflect how society values those professions. Basketball players and surgeons get paid more than teachers and nurses.
