A United Boeing 767-300ER bounced during landing at Zurich after its ground spoilers failed to deploy properly. The aircraft bounced again and nearly struck its tail. The pilots immediately performed a go-around, then landed safely on their second attempt. No injuries or damage were reported. This was a good example of professional pilot training and safety procedures.
