@Thebuntingqueen i bottled the doctor doing the manoeuvre and did some other that the doc said to look at on youtube and started to feel better. the other way does work but can bring on an attack and after weeks of it i thought no.

@Thebuntingqueen hope i never have to again. put mri sounds into youtube and then imagine you are in the machine unable to move and you have a guard over your face. i took ill on the 27th of june with flu which turned into bppv but i am much better doctor wants to know what wrong with my left ear
