Also both the new reader and the old have intermittent Bluetooth issues where it just turns off, have you changed the software?

@GMB #bins it's pretty simple, the local authority own the bins, they employ the bin operatives, they are responsible for the public highway. Residents instructions are to put it on the edge of our property, so perhaps the operatives put them back and not on the public highway?
